About the Internship

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team at Additive Catchments. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, process optimization, and project coordination. The successful candidate will support various administrative and project-related tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Process Optimization: Help identify and implement improvements to existing office and project management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This includes preparing project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining project data and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Event Support: Help organize and coordinate company events, workshops, and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in environmental sustainability and making a positive impact through innovative solutions.
